I'm debating falling a lot on the commuter bike, using the MTB, or just using the Suburban.

Joby, I understand you have been in Detroit & California this week, but there is a thread for tonight. It involves Greenlake. Threat of a snow cat rental. Trophies. Drinking.

I was out earlier in the day. The Xtracycle (with 1.75 tires) totally sucked ass. Too thin to ride on top of the snow, too wide to cut down through the snow.

The road bike got me where I was going without too much fuss. 28mm at high pressure was just about right.

Sorry I missed the ride, but not sorry I was doing other things I enjoyed. Have fun kids.

I found the tire pressure in the subaru was about perfect too.
