I want in. I'll need a lift though.

Oh yeah, if you have a vehicle that seats more than two and are willing to drive it, bring it. Worse case scenario we leave a few rigs at the P&R. Megan and I will be needing a ride as well.

I'd be there, if it weren't for the fact that my Tuesday morning flight to Virginia was actually, miraculously, able to leave from Seatac. Bummer for those who couldn't take theirs.
But Merry Christmas, and I hope to go snow-sliding with you all some time eventually this winter!!

In for Sunday.
Happy to go to either Crystal or Stevens.
Right now I'd have to walk to the P&R from tangletown unless somebody can offer a lift. Totally stoked either way.
So far Langston wants my extra board. Anybody else lookin for spare gear?

Not sure about Sunday yet, but I'm definitely going to Steven's tomorrow. I've got room for two more if one or two of you want a ride up.

I am conditionally in, provided I score all gear and can get over there.
Christine and I are "probably" going. Probably is better than a point83 maybe, but not quite a yes. Depends on how we're feeling in the morning. We'll have our car, and I'll put the ski rack on it today.

I'd like a ride from somebody, but am guessing it doesn't make sense for Brian to pick me up on the way to the P&R from Georgetown.
Langston, you defs coming? If I'm walkin there from 51st and Wallingford, I'd rather not carry two boards if I don't have to.
Where do people want to go?

Stevens seems to be getting the most snow (11" vs 4" for Snoqualmie or Crystal in the last 24 hours) and the least chance of rain (32F high vs 34F and 36F).

Hold up, hold up. Bryan is heading over to ye olde Buckraoo to pick me up (thank you! danke! gracias!) and from there your place is between the Buckaroo and P&R.
Let's go where there is no rain.

I'm in, and I'm voting for Steven's as well.

That sounds okey dokey. I'd love to hop in on that ride.
My roomie just drove back from Leavenworth. Sez Stevens looks beautiful. I checked the website, apparently none of the good double blacks are open (only 7th Heaven), nor is the backside, so I guess it'll be mainly a noob-lovin party tomorrow. Maybe they'll get their act together and open Jupiter Quad tomorrow?
Hey I'm plannin on waxin my boards today. I've got a nice edge tuner and all the accoutremont. I actually usually do a better job than the pro wax jobs I've seen. Anybody wants to get their stuff back up to snuff drop me a line.
.83 wax party in my basement? 6ish?
two oh six 85six 5won2six
edit: I do skiis too. They're actually less work than a snowboard, depending on how bad your edges are.

I want to get my boards waxed and tuned, but I have work today. Could I bother you about doing it sometime later in the week?

I'm on my way back from Bellingham right now, I'll stop by Ryan's tonight.
I live about 3 blocks from that Park and Ride, but I can pick anybody near me up in the morning. Give me a call if you need a ride.

I went and rented boots from Snowboard Connection today (brand new Burtons for $15! Whattadeal). We are in for sure, and will be at the P&R for 7ish. Don't leave without Megan and I.

What a great day!
Laura was awesome on the snowboard.
I don't know if it was the snow or the freshly waxed snowboard (thanks Ryan), but I haven't had a snow day that good...ever. We need a repeat some time.

Without question one of the coolest things I have ever done! Thanks to all for loaning equipment, advice, driving, etc.
Best:
- getting off the lift and not falling
- not falling on a run
- going fast
- turning
- night runs
Worst:
- that one legged shuffle thing with your boot in one binding
- having the lift guy holler that you need to "move quickly" after you just ate it in the dismount. yeah, no shit!
Unsure:
- the lift
- googles
- the pain tomorrow will bring
- is rob's camera gone forever?
Ok my triceps are incredibly sore. Didn't expect that. Apparently I did a lot of pushing myself up from the ground.

That is an adorable photo. gosh!
Glad you guys had a fantastic time! I opted for some snowshoeing instead that day. I already own those and didn't have to rent a bunch of stuff that way. but I missed out on all your cuteness. next time perhaps!

I'm up for snowshoeing or XC skiing anytime too. Cheaper than downhill can be nice sometimes...
