A friend of mine is moving up here from San Francisco. He came up for a ride or two this fall. He's clean, responsible, and employed. He needs a place to live starting in mid January. Anybody got any leads?

I'm moving out of my old house, and they have yet to find anyone to replace me.
It's on 63rd and 15th, in the Ravenna neighborhood, rent is $560, backyard, garage, lots of storage space. The housemates are mostly grad students in the UW Architecture and Urban Planning program.
I'm moving out,
A.) because I don't like being the only girl in a house with 4 guys
B.) so that I can keep the dog I just adopted (no pets allowed in the house)

I have a great place up on 23rd and Madison. Bedroom in a house, with its own bathroom and entry. Rent is $600.00 plus half utilities. Hit me up if you are interested.

There's also an opening in my house. It's in Ballard. The room is orange and the house has a Light Brite, a chalk board, a double kegorator, 8 bikes, a huge backyard, a huge porch and an accordian. Rent is $500.
