I like that dead hookers and burning of xmas trees seem to go hand in hand with this club, because I've been saying it for years.

Dead hookers make everything better.

No bitching about the route tonight!

It's less than 12 miles and not very hilly.

that shithole firepit on the duwamish would be pretty good for this. joby, make sure we end up at a firepit where it's no trouble for us to have a multi-tree sized fire. if we are somewhere neighborhoody like dennyblane park or sandpoint firepit, we'll probably have problems.

but put enough booze in me and my objections will float away like a feather on the wind.

my guess is that the shithole firepit on the duamish is underwater right now.

also, it would be horrible for this, since you can't stand more than 18" away from the fire.

Word filter busted!

Nobody but me likes the NiteLite and I don't think Whiskey Bar is that great though I know folks here like it.

It's on the table. Someone make the call.

I'm doing this thing Renegade Rave style. I need a number to call so I can get the map location. From there I will heartily follow the directions to the party with disco biscuits for all.

I'm looking at you Laura..

Just drove around the hood some on the way home, and there's no trees to be found... maybe everyone else is burning theirs too.

So for those of you towing a trailer full of trees, maybe I'll just lighten yer load some after Westlake? .... assuming my two-tied-together-trees-in-panniers method works. If nothing else I'll carry one on my back

yeah, a brief wandering through High Point showed a severe lack of trees, but I'm going to go out around 5:30 with the trailer and see what I can dredge up.

If I can't find the other trees I've been eyeing, I'll look in your alley.

Bah. Fuggit. Prefunk Whiskey Bar. Keep your trees outside in the gated patio area.

There are three behind my alley too, and a nice small compact one across 12th from Whole Foods.

alex (coming late and without cargo capacity...landscaping has made my basement door inaccessible)

Really, let's decide somewhere and drink. This day just keeps dragging on. But, since nobody else has yet, I'm voting for Shorty's.

I think my eyeballs didn't like that much fire.

I can't focus on anything.

Or maybe that's the booze.

The third law of .83 rides: for every awesome thursday night, there is an equal and opposite sucky Friday morning. Oof!

I ended up missing the 1215 ferry by moments- and got to wait until 0130 instead. Actual in bed time: 0300.

As for the penis (nice word filter) on my camera, I didn't think it was *that* cold outside?
