Not that I obsessively read DPD Land Use Notices, but this is the first time
I've ever seen reference to bicycle parking in one of them:

I'm more amazed that they've decided to build apartments instead of condos. Apparently, developers are finally paying some attention to market forces.
Also, note they provide parking for almost 5x as many cars as bicycles.
