that thing was always open. at one point there was just a hole in it, and at another point there was just a pile of gravel.
at night my sister said she saw some uninformed guy walk right into it. after some falling and tumbling he just got up and walked off.
So wait, cars can now drive on a road previously only passable by foot or bike?
The police/fire dept have two directions to get to our conflagrations now?
They haven't painted road markings, let alone a bike lane?
