I spoke with my surgeon today, he said that I should continue not using my left leg for another three weeks before even considering walking.

Please count me out from today's ride as I really shouldn't be on a bicycle.

I love when rides take over my non-ride plans. Splendid.

FUN ride. I liked the dead ends, coloring a snowman, and chilly night air.

i apologize for getting a little turned around, but ya'll were so enthusiastic when we were finally going the wrong way for real.

can you blame me?

my toes are just now starting to thaw out. ben, thanks for some solid ideas! hot diggity i love the snow goose and the madrona both.

work = force x distance. if you ended up back at the same place you did no work. it's simple physics.

seriously though, it was an easy enough mistake for anybody to make. i'll figure it out better next time.

It was a nice little tour of the Madrona hilltop maze. The only downside is that we pulled out of the hill bomb prematurely, versus if we'd known to go down to 39th. And as we should all know, pulling out is not effective.
