In preparation for FHR on Sunday, you're all invited to a spaghetti dinner this Friday to support a charity cross country ride to DC some friends of mine will be doing this summer.

Last I heard it's $5 a plate. Pretty good deal for inordinate amounts of pasta. There's raffle prizes from local bike shops too.
