..and you're hopping on a plane to Chicago tomorrow around 2.
What's the best way to kick the shit out of this cold? Should I book down to Fred Myer's and buy some kind of tea? Some sort of pills or something?
I'm all stuffed up, right half of my nose is all runny, I ache and am sore all over.. I want this gone before tomorrow!

All you can do is take a shitload of cold medicine, sleep a lot and hope for the best.

Get a box of this stuff at Bartell's or Walgreen's and wash your hands a lot. I killed a cold in 2 days flat.

i posted this elsewhere here, but go to your local QFC and pick up some Yerba Mate green tea. It kinda tastes like ass, but it's by FAR the best sickness-remedy I've ever come across. I haven't taken a vitamin or antibiotic for years, but when I get sick I drink assloads of the stuff and feel better right quick.

i'd have to concur with the joby, but hey that never stops me from trying to find a cure at the bottom of a whishey jug. plus, when you wake up, you can say the cold went away and now i'm only hungover.
and you get to keep the bottle for future use as an wind instrument.

it's a win win situation.

after all, as we all have read, whiskey = rocket fuel.
