Seattle's better daily paper dies today. Let's give them a quick toast in Myrtle Edwards and make sure that damn globe doesn't turn into a spherical zombie and start terrorizing Queen Anne.

Well, actually, I'm not sure I really care about Queen Anne.

Also, I hear there's some British holiday today, so let's go visit German, Chinese, and Mexican bars.

If you are a person who likes a function before their function, cip.

Had a long day at work, feeling kinda fried/lazy/etc ... BUT ... if you all end up travelling south of downtown, give a shout, I'll probably come join for a while. 206-605-5323

People's Pub for $2.50 Guinness and $5 fish and chips. I ate way too many chips, feeling it this morning. More and more people that the group knew showed up at the peep and the "ride" went from ~10 to ~20.

I went home from there (via B/G, Woodlawn Park, Greenlake Way, 65th). Nice ride and good to be in bed at 10:30 too. I hope Ginger's dog is doing okay with chasing .83 riders.

I just realized that I am an asshat.

I walked out of the People's Pub without putting my cash on the table.

Who covered me? I owe you.

I covered and I thought you paid, but that may just have been me being really drunk and not accounting too well.

On a similar note: Gretchen is a very poor counter when really drunk.

Have you notice how upset Una gets if I'm doddling and she thinks the ride might leave without us? I'm pretty sure she's all about chasing bikes.

Jeezus, when you all took off on the FTH race she dragged me across the parking lot thinking she could catch up.
