Just rode down to 88 keys over lunch to set up, lookin' like it'll be a fun time. We bought brand new matching bikes this time around, have screens the riders can see, and got happy hour all night. Plus it's the Mariners' first home game, so you might get your chance to beat a sports fan drunk on $12 stadium beer.
Jace, make it to the final and I'll personally buy you a drink. Or hell, let's make it the semi.

<s>colin farrell</s> Pavel is a fast mofo. He pulled a 17.35! Best I could huff out was an opening 18.69 but I must have cheated because it was all 20 somethings after that.
My best time was 24.67. No where near the top but better then last time.

I heard good things about this event. And I'm pretty lame for not showing up.

Thanks to all that showed up! It was an awesome time, even being stressed out behind the computer all night. Why the hell did I decide to take a break from the booze in a month with a million events?
I haven't checked the work myself, but according to online calculators Pavel's fastest run averaged just under 220rpm over 400m. Insane. On Rollapaluza's setup, Chris Hoy averaged just over 230 on 500m. Their current record holder, Matt Crampton, did 254 over 500m.
Good race Kevin, it got me a bit winded, and I was sweaty for quite some time afterwards. I think you switched the times. In our Grudge match, I came in with a 18.69, with you right behind at 19.21.
