I have a plastic french press/coffee mug. It only makes about 12oz at a time, but won't break and doesn't require a separate receptacle to facilitate consumption. Fuck teabags.
Also, I will be bringing plenty of extra coffee. Like a half-pound or so.

They used to sell
at Second Ascent and I would always take it on camping/climbing trips.
It's much better than any other coffee substitute I've tried.
But they don't have it as of a year or two ago.
Has anybody seen it elsewhere?

I imagine the free market price might be a tad lower since so many are packing coffee.
Let's test this theory. If it doesn't sell, we'll obviously need a bailout and some teabags to protest the bailout.
did i mention henry's fee is $20.25?
(or for andre 20.25$)

according to joeball, it just makes it harder to get the ferry discount, since he's pre-purchasing the ferry tickets in discounted packets of 10. If we get enough late-paying people banded together, we could just buy our own discounted ferry tickets in a package of 10 on Sat morning...
are there 8 more slackers out there who can't get their money to joeball before Friday night?

wow thanks lee
nothing like calling somebody creepy to make everything they do from that point forward suspect
how about I just say
"wow yay margarets coming i haven't seen ya in a while lookin forward to it"
and then we all refrain from making accusations which would paint well meaning people in a negative light, k?

Oh that's right. Where do you think they'd wash up? The bodies, I mean.

I'm guessing the feet would wash up in BC, that area seems to be kind of a foot magnate.
Campsite Information:
The park has 46 tent spaces, eight utility spaces, one dump station, two restrooms (one ADA) and four showers.
Utility space? Are there electrical outlets?

For the bluff; I beach camped there once, in a driftwood shelter. In the middle of the night the tide came in all the way up to the big log that acted as the front door. I was worried I was going to have to wade back to the stairs with my bike & stuff.

Hey there peeps.
the GF and I will be joining you all in Mukilteo and riding from there.
Why are we being such lame-ass drive to ride wusstards?
1) We need to be back in Seattle pretty fucking early on Sunday to make a bus up to Bellingham. Not having the ride from Mukilteo to Seattle makes things way more manageable.
2) I can make 50 miles on the tandem, but the gf is not too enthused about that much time in the saddle. This is a compromise.
Offended with this choice? Shocked? Infuriated? Fucking deal.
Also, Seattle to Mukilteo sorta sucks. Ben's route is as good as it gets, but it still sorta sucks. Just sayin.
I might bring banana bread again. No promises. If no banana bread then something else if I feel like it.
But indeed. We will see you fuckaz on Sat. Morning.
Yes, give me all the shit you like for driving partway. At least I am not hailing a cab to go from Hood Canal to Winslow (that was directed at Derrick, not Ro).

you know who else drove to mukilteo, made excuses and told people to 'fucking deal' if they didn't like it?
that's right, hitler.

Payment tonight or Friday (delivered to me or Ben) is HIGHLY preferable. I will be purchasing the ferry tickets Friday night only for those people who have PAID.
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I've been too drunk or hung over lately to make this happen. Where can I find someone tomorrow to deliver my $20 to?

I thought this quote from Edward Abbey's classic _The Monkey Wrench Gang_ might be relevant for this weekend:
"Men on an outing feel obliged to stay up drinking to the vile and bilious end, jabbering, mumbling, and maundering through the blear, to end up finally on hands and knees, puking on the innocent sand, befouling God's sweet earth. The manly tradition."

No to sound creepy, but
I have a marmot 3 person swallow tent
I was planning on just doing the rainfly/groundsheet combo
Theres room for me and my gear and bike
Or me and one other person and our gear and no bikes under it
So if anybody wants to share it with me (and carry some of the tent) let me know
Also
Andre I got $40 to pay for me and for Ginger from the bartender at the Dog n Pony last night
But Rogelio distracted me by screaming his head off about coriander and I forgot
Then we were all drunk and I didn't see you again
My apologies for forgetting - you too Gmac
