For the record, after dinner the group had eaten about 25 lbs of beef, 3 lbs of fish, 20 lbs of beans, all 210 tortillas, 12 pounds of tortilla chips (1 bag left over), 15 lbs of corn salsa, 25 avacado guacamole, 6lbs of tomatillo salsa, 6 lbs of tomatos, 4 lbs of cheese, 3 lbs of sour cream, 6 heads of Romain lettuce, half a big bottle of Tapatillo. Apparently your bellies swelled because most of the restocked tortillas didn't get eaten.
There was $216 worth of beer
144 12oz PBRs
48 Ranier Tall Boys
24 IPAs
24 Pacificos
12 Sessions
+ a handful of other beers
+ 5 bottles or so of hard stuff that you guys brought
I still came home with a case of PBR (that will come back out on rides)
In the morning 4 more lbs of the beef were eaten and I think there was still at least a pound left over. All 150 of the biscuits were eaten, probably 4 gallons of gravy were eaten, 10 lbs of apple pie ( 2 out of 3, forgot to bring them out at night) and atleast 5 billy pots and 7 French presses of coffee.
In the damage sector there were:
2 sheared derailures
About 10 flats
5 chain breaks
and one dog-trailer-bike tri-splosion

One complete stranger gone home with from the bar (Ginger)
Both tandems destroyed

While we are keeping records for next year...
Next year the coffee goes in the tent of an early waker or somewhere easy to discover.

One (1) near miss with suicidal rabbit which ran in front of bicycle travelling 30+ mph (mine) and missed the front wheel by just a couple feet. :-O
Good times... and in case it hasn't been said enough already: big thanks to all the chefs. those tacos and biscuits n' gravy rocked.
