So the bulk of the miles is getting from Ballard to the Ferry?

Anyone want to drive to the ferry?

Will there be room in the vehicles already going for some extra gear? I don't have that awesome of gear for bike camping, nor is my bike very well outfitted at this point in time (fail, i know). It would just be my tent and a small bag at the most. Let me know so I can decide if I am going to do this thing or not, and all that jazz.

I am not disagreeing with you there, at all. I will be carrying as much as I can on my own back (lacking a rack or paniers or any of that fancy shit).

Just sit on Miles's bike rack while he pedals. What's the worst that can happen?

I'd recommend a nice padded pig suit for safety!

I am in, plus a trailer full of dog. I will bring my $20 with me on Saturday morning.

Also, will need to be putting some dog foods in the gear wagon?

Payment tonight or Friday (delivered to me or Ben) is HIGHLY preferable. I will be purchasing the ferry tickets Friday night only for those people who have PAID.

There is a bulk discount for units of 10 riders, this is still available the day of but if you have not paid until the day of you are on your own for organizing this.

LAST MINUTE BREAKFAST ANNOUNCEMENT

Okay it's official - Ryan Wreyford and myself are making BISCUITS AND GRAVY for Sunday morning hangover breakfast. For everyone.

Yes - you heard right. 6 Gallons of gravy.

4 meat. 2 veggie. I'm buying ingredients tonight after work and we're making gravy this evening. If anyone wanted to assist by helping to make biscuits, that'd be pretty handy. But say something if you want to help because i'm buying groceries tonight after work.

That does it. I am absolutely, 100% coming.

Also, I don't know how feasible this is with so many people, but fresh biscuits can be cooked in tin foil on a campfire. Or, if someone has a dutch oven...

Gravy is not a delicate food that must be served fresh. Gravy is something you make from the leavings of other food. Might as well be complaining about 3-day old stew.

Unless you're talking about other types of gravy, to which I leave it to Jeff and Nygaard.

I had never considered safety gravy. That is the most brilliant and stonily delicious idea i've ever heard.

Incidentally, bring your coffee presses unless you want cowboy coffee which I'm fine with, but you may or may not be.
