So I'm riding this again this year to support the missus and her fight with Type 1 diabetes. She is also on the planning board for the event this year and passed along to me today that the ride is down good sized chunk of riders from years past, and is looking for more people to participate.

I have a handfull of discount coupons that will lower the cost of registration from $35 to $15 (plus a commitment to raise at least $150 in donations) if anyone would like to join us on Team Sugar Rush.

This is a well organized and effective fundraiser for a good cause, I'd hope some of y'all would join me or consider donating to the cause. The ride is fully supported with SAG wagons, refreshment stops and traffic control at busy intersections. After much bitching about not having one last year, Megan secured a New Belgium beer garden for the post-race party, along with the usual food vendors and live music.

I am doing the LiveStrong already, or else I'd go this too. There are so many charity rides, everyone should do one!

Also, if you aren't riding, donate! $10 is a lot!

I am sure Langston also has a donation box somewhere....

The ride was a ton of fun. The window to donate doesn't close for another couple weeks, please kick in $10 if you can!
