Have we ever tried deep frying stuff at a fire pit?
Rob and I wanted corndogs on Sunday and that craving went unsatisfied because grilled corndogs are sub-par corndogs.
Things would definitely get singed if we had a giant vat of oil boiling away on a fire.

Maintaining oil temp is key. I have wanted derrick to buy this for years.
Step 1: Go to REI
Step 2: Put down a "deposit" on a fryer.
Step 3: Fry
Step 4: Return fryer for "deposit" because "it doesn't maintain oil temperature well. Oil temp is key."

Pho Bac has a bigger restaurant at the bus station on 8th. Further from Sake supplies, but more room for the eating.
