Yeah, this is a Cascade thing. There isn't a ton of data in there yet. It is being soft-launched to try and fill it with data for a while before using it to hit the city over the head.

It also has a place under Profile to register your bikes and their serial numbers.

This isn't limited to just Seattle.

Phase II plans to connect it to governments and send the hazard reports directly to the right authorities.
