Last Thursday we all went to the Boxcar and while some of us returned home with injuries, some of us came to rest after acquiring a whole lot of chocolate from the Theo dumpster.

So now I have a bunch of chocolate and what should I do with it? Perhaps melt it at some park and share it with people?

5/29 Pre-Greenlake Race Fondue
10pm: after a bar-stop and before the magic happens @ the south end of the Greenlake.
I'll get some more .83 spokecards printed out for you kids and hand them out at the race.

To supplement supplies of food for this:

5/28 - Thursday Dumpster Tour

We hit food and non-food related dumpsters for fun, personal gain, and excess.

I hear there are jugs of juice to be had and fabric to be acquired about town. Any other dumpsters we'll want to hit? We'll want bread and word on the street is that the Essential dumpster has been sparse as of late: what's that CD bread dumpster where we stop and fling dough at each other?

Open call to all ya'll with fondue pots for Friday night, even if you can't make it out, I'd appreciate your equipment.

the Naked juice dumpster was hounded on wednesday. friggin recession. but I got a few the other day, very nice. anyone been around that "international" mart by the Oaktree? went to Richmond Beach for the first time last night, also very nice, minus those that work there, sparked curiousity.

I hit the Essential dumpster last week and it was definitely the opposite of sparse.

There's also an Oroweat dumpster up on Greenwood Ave.

Oh man I like Thursdays!

Food, junk, and fire... I'm bringing a giant backpack but I'm tempted to bring the gimpy Xtracycle.

The Naked Juice Dumpster was full of still-cold juice yesterday afternoon, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's not much left. People were flocking there left and right.

It would be way cooler if you went dumpster diving on your Cervelo.

I bought him a horn for his Cervelo last year for his birthday but he's never mounted/used it. Big baby is what he is.

rogelio really knows how to run the greenlake race. fantastic beers for prizes, and a fucking cheese and chocolate fondue paradise - with fruits and breads!

plus chocolate chunks for everyone to take home.

That race kicked my ass. Every little incline on the way home made my legs burn.

three motherfucking cheers for rogelio! hot dogs, beer, cheese and chocolate fondue, wow. sure made the ride up to greenlake worth it even for a sad non racer like myself. i fully support similar large infield parties in the future.

koos for the back to back race and trackstand wins.

DFL! I tried it though! Thanks Rogelio and crew for the tasty-melty-cheesy-chocolaty treats, and for chasing the rent-a-cops away at the start of the race. Oh and thanks too for the beer that helped me get home at 2:30. Woo!
