So I need a break from campaign work: it demands constantly being "on" - saturday night at 10pm? Run an errand! Tuesday at 7am? Breakfast forums! Even if you have a day off, you're still on-call and forced to think about what you could be doing, and frankly, I got sick of it when I had a candidate I didn't really get along with in the first place.
So I need a job! And there's a lot of you out there, so I figure this is a good place to ask.
I'm not feeling picky right now: my strongest skills are in writing (especially persuasive/marketing/copy), organizing and event planning. I'd be way overqualified for most office & clerical type work, so I'd love to just do something like that for awhile. But like I said, I just want to work, so throw anything my way.
If hired, given a bit of positive feedback, and a regular schedule, I will eventually become a workaholic again and make you look good for suggesting I be hired for whatever job you're offering.
Now somebody make fun of me for the "horrible economy" or something and trying to find work here.
