There is an orgainization that uses products like that.

I have seen some cool machines for people missing body parts or with balance/musular/brain problems.

Everyone should be able to enjoy riding a bike.

There is even a group of people that take blind people out on tandem rides.

I would loan my tandem free if anyone has a blind friend that might like to go on a bike ride!
