Through a friend I just heard (her husband responded to the scene) that it was a homeless guy on a bike southbound 99 crossing the dexter exit and a guy in a porche going about 100 hit him. Sounds like it was a very very very quick passing (details omitted).

I know that off-ramp - I used to live across Aurora from it, and if I was coming home from somewhere north along 99, I used it. It's a pretty bad spot, and I recommend avoiding it.
