Andre
Is this the middle fork? And is the road open now? And is this the spot on the river the small group camped at last year (where all the trouble happened)? Or is this the spot for Ben Country1(where more trouble happened)? And if I come up can I chain my bike to your car? And...Annd...I'm not burying any whisky.

You're kidnapping a van full of hipsters from the CHBP and bringing them camping?

i'm going to get up early and ride. departure target of 8am, hopefully getting out to the dirt by 1pm for a refreshing dip in the cold-ass river. i don't necessarily expect to make it back to derrick's by 1pm on sunday, but the ride back is downhill and goes by pretty fast.

happy to lead others but be mindful of the earliness of departure, the pace, and the fact that the ride's over half on gravel (and the last few miles are very minimally maintained).

I'd like to get on this train, if possible. Particularly if I can hitch a ride back with Margaret.

Meg Ha! is in with her little pickup. I'm riding up with her - we're meeting the joeball express at the Safeway in North Bend @ 830am and rolling into the site together.

I'm throwing my Karate Monkey in the back of Megs pickup and plan to ride light the last 8 miles of dirt into the camp site for no good reason. If anyone else is interested, we can pile a few bikes back there. Andre says it's a pretty flat ride in.

This also means a seat on the Joeball express is open.

Expresses make less stops so if you want this seat you should be at either the Magnolia or Queen Anne pickup points.

Also taking a cue from Cascade's pre STP warning, drivers beware of traffic.

That moss was soooo comfy. I will be selling my bed and replacing the floor of my bedroom with that stuff.

Derrick: thanks for the ride.

Pete: thanks for remembering all the words to Bohemian Rhapsody.

Everyone else: thanks for being awesome. Stay classy.

This was a good time. That river was awesome. Thanks Andre for knocking this together.

Did someone wander home with my camp hatchet? Or did someone find it after I left? Holla.

You know it's funny, but I didn't bring my camera to this and I didn't see a camera in anyone else's hands either... How unusual.

I am so happy there were no camera's or few as I didn't needed to be reminded of my drunken dance around the fire.
Fun, Fun there were so many beautiful .83 women my heart was skipping a beat the entire time, oops did I say that aloud.
