I have been digging around all day with no luck on this issue. Maybe you all have had some experience with this or can guide me to a solution. When I moved into this unit there was a peice of property left here. The property in question is an Organ (piano-style). I want it out of my house, but also know that i might be able to make a quick buck off it. Do i have the right to do what I want with this? No one has said a word about it missing, the owner/landlord don't seem to care. Any advice is welcome.

It is a Wulitzer. I am scoping out prices on the net right now. Seems like it was a good brand, or is a good brand. This was used as a collection place for all my bike parts. Here are some photos.... Organ for sale, NOT THE GOLD MAFAC BRAKES, thats just for pr0n.
