Who's going? Are you dressing up? Crazy bike?
I'm going. I'm not dressing up, don't have time to find a costume.. :[ I still have to find a wig for tomorrow! :[[ And I'm thinking I'll prolly be the only kid on a crazy bike AGAIN. Unless Colin comes through.. he said he's riding his tallbike, so we'll see!

I'm going to be there but I don't think I'll be in costume. It's not quite ready yet. :( But we'll see. We'll see. I'm going to have a quick nap and start working on it then.

I am in the process of making an extremely badass Proton Pack for my Ghostbusters costume.
I'll be there, in costume and on my circus bike. And I'll be at the race, too, with the trophy.
I just saw Colin at Hardwick's, and there's a tallbike locked out front, so, you do the math.
I won't be meeting up at UW, I have to drive downtown so I can play at midnight.

well that was wet.
goddam that was wet. I had a good time but was only willing to make two passes through downtown. I like riding out into the areas more.
I got to start the roll out! I felt like the HS drum major cruising out.
I'm such a pompus ass.

wow, that was the worst cm ever. i left capital hill at 5:57. the plan was to take pike to westlake center. that worked until i came to boren where i met a Subaru that really wanted to turn left. his bumper got very friendly with the left side of my bike. i got very friendly with his hood and then the concrete the next lane over. by the time i got up and back on the bike then to westlake you kids were long gone. i guess with the rain someone finally said fuck it lets start on time for once. what better reason to go home early and not stand around in the rain! derrick, i'll try to make it to greenlake to pick up the bike. if you kids don’t see me tell d i'll get the bike later. thanks.

That sucks Justin, I got hit tonight too, but not as bad as yours. Dean and I got separated from the pack when his chain fell off, then when we were trying to catch up, an oncoming car turned left. It would have completely t-boned me but I sped up and it just tagged my rear wheel. My bike went sideways, pedal hit the ground, but I rode it out with no damage to me or my bike. Fucker kept on drivin'.
After that, Dean and I hung out with Amanda and Beau at the Hurricane cafe, and watched them get super drunk. Good times :)
Anyways, see you all in an hour and a half at Greenlake!

I just feel lucky to still be alive. I don't know if I was following the main pack, but I followed a pack of ~20 people over to the University District. I dropped out in the middle of the University Bridge when I felt my luck running out. It is hard to ride across that wet grate, especially with a mask on.

Good job Justin, Garth, Ray, Henry, Amanda, and Derrick for making it out to the race. And cheers to a very intoxicated and bruised Justin, who took home the trophy riding in chinese sandals.
Everybody else, you suck!

My photos from tonight at the hurricane, then later at the race:
Remember Dean, don't go over your limit! If you do, you're fucked!
The winner, taking home his trophy, 12 pack of PBR, and an extra bike, on a fixed gear, in chinese sandals, very drunk, after a pretty good collision with a car earlier that night:

"super drunk" doesn't even cover it Denny. I think I reached "embarrassingly drunk" in record time last night. Ugh.
