For those of you that like bikes and beer (I assume this applies to everyone reading this, or why would you be here), we are having a Victory Party out on Alki on Labor Day (Monday the 7th of Sep). What Victor? you may ask, well I am claiming responsibility for the end of the War in Iraq, as it turns out the mission could not be complete until I spent another 10 months there. We have a keg, or two, and a bike stand for those of you that would like to combine bike wrenching with socializing. It is a very nice ride down Alki to 56th AVE SW. The house number is 2551, about a half block up from the beach. Sorry for the short notice, but I had hoped to announce this on a ride before I posted it, such is war.
The party starts around 4pm, but feel free to stop by earlier if you just need a beer.
