I joined the landed gentry and bought a house this summer. So this Saturday I'm having a housewarming. We'll have a grill going, so bring something to share and stop on by to see the new digs. Gifts of barleywine for the cellar are encouraged.

The Place: 208 N 51st St (on Phinney, near the zoo)
The Time: Saturday, September 12th, 4pm until I kick you out.

dude congrats! we are just finalizing the deal on a place in Leschi, closing on 10/19.
