Just got my sexy ass new wheels, complete with high flange front hubs. After almost 20 years, phil wood hubs... oh baby...
Anyway, I've left my old wheels in care of Aaron. For a mere two bottles of Bison Chocolate Stout, they can be yours.
The front wheel is 36 spoke wheel. Deore LX hub and Bontrager rim in decent shape. Probably has close to twenty thousand miles on it. It could use some grease. With some TLC it should last another year or so.
The rear wheel is a 32 spoke wheel. XT hub and Mavic T521 rim. It's done fully loaded tours and tons of commuting. The guy that built it was an artist. I have to touch it up like once a year and even then it's only a millimeter or two.
I thought about keeping them as spares, but my last set of spare wheels never got used so it would just be more crap in my closet with my climbing gear, tools, skeletons, things like that. So, I figured maybe one of you could give them a good home.
Davidson's still for sale too. $400 gets it.
