My favorite cousin Andy is in town, and I want to bring him out on Thursday. Does anyone have an extra bike he could use? He's about 5'10", and I'm not sure how much biking he really does, so something user-friendly would be great.

Also, I'd prefer to put him in a helmet, so one of those would be appreciated too.
