Pedicab driver was in the good up until the garbage can throw. Dumbass.
I wonder how far off the cab drivers story was from the actual video footage. Jeez offficer, was just trying to make a right turn and BAM didn't see this pedicab guy there.

Came outta nowhere he did. I think he was trying to run the light and didn't notice my turn signal as edged towards that right turn.
