Ok maybe not that scary but there will be a crap load of corn. As in a giant freaking corn maze!!!! A fucking corn maze people!! Oh and also hay rides and pumpkin patches and apple cider and kettle corn etc. Good wholesome fun and we promise there will be no adults sacrificed on this ride.
Any idea roughly what time we'd return? I've got something in the late afternoon. Seems like 40 miles + corn mazin' etc. = 5 hours?
That is about what I would guess.

Aww come on,
Pre-meeting at Norm's the ride was good about getting on the road in a timely manner. Which is why we don't meet there anymore.
We hit our ferry last week and made it back into town by 6. Cranked out 65 miles and a bunch of laps around the track and still made it back by dark a couple of weeks before that. Older Crow ride, same thing.

Me too. Responsibility be damned. Med school application essays can eat me, and who needs ultimate frisbee anyway? I'm going to a pumpkin patch!
How about ultimate frisbee inside the corn maze?

Maybe not going? My wonky rear wheel seems to be getting worse. I need to be careful what i do to it. We'll see what happens.

Is this a rain or shine event? Looks like 80% chance of rain Sunday. I'm down either way.

So, it looks like the result of today's ride is that now my bike only goes down hill...
I'll meet you guys at Fremont Coffee and chit-chat, but it looks like i have to sit this one out.

I just checked the weather again. According to the weather channel chance of rain is back down to 30%. With if it rains it will be later in the day. So weather is looking pretty good (still bringing extra pair of socks just in case).
• Rained a little bit on the way there in spurts but luckily not hard enough to really get us wet.
• Scarfed on corn on the cob and kettle corn. num num num.
• They had two corn mazes and we did them both.
• Random wandering around, let me tell you EVERYTHING looks the same in a corn maze.
• Passed around Ryan's wine bottle from night before.
• We then loaded up the Harvest Xtra-cycle and made good time back to Georgetown for food and drinks.
