Midnight.
South end of Greenlake.
I have pumpkin beer and you have a bike.
Midnight.
There will be seasonal candy since it's autumn and stuff happens then.
Oh, man... we need more footdown. I almost forgot about last month's footdown.
South end of Greenlake, near the small boats center and the spider dock. Spiders; scary.
Boo.

A Great Pumpkin to whoever sits on the spider dock the longest if they can make the spiders come up.

Good turn out but definitely off-season numbers in contrast to last month.
Autumn is here, there's foliage in the ground, and grit in my teeth from drafting the guy in front of me.
Nothing says finish line like Loud Scott spitting mouthfuls of Smarties in your face:
1st: Bennifer "Bunny"
2nd: Rojeleon "El Leon" "Rogelio"
3rd: Charlie "Blew his by load by sprinting early"
Short game of footdown because Koos owned it:
Won by: Koos "The Kleaver"
I hauled way too much pumpkin beer out to the race, pretty much everyone got a 22oz bottle and I'm pretty much certain my back is going to hurt tomorrow.
I'm going to go put on some Pixies and raid my own fridge: PDC, cause these things are wet.

I considered donning a wig and racing as "Jen", but then I remembered how out of control things got for Bender when he did that in Futurama.

You have to strike while the iron is wet and windy because fewer ladies will show up.

Man, I knew I shouldn't have been so lazy and warm and dry and just gone over to the race. I too could have taken that ladies title by default! :) the best kind of winning.
