Howdy ya'll!
Yes, indeed, our house needs a roommate. Jim is moving to the far side of Bainbridge and his room is currently available. Our house is clean, relaxed, and affordable. We have lots of space for doing personal projects and we're looking for someone that will want to take advantage of that. Jim is moving out his darkroom, but we want to fill that space with a sewing room/woodworking room/something like that room. We already have a functional bike repair room in the garage. Most importantly we are looking for a reasonably responsible adult that cleans up after themselves and doesn't bring any drama into our house. We have a party once or twice a year, but most of the time we have a very chill household and we want to keep it that way. The room is available at the end of this month, but we are willing to wait until January if it's for the right person. Rent is $500.00 a month. Water and sewage included, but not electricity. Electric bills are usually pretty modest. Move in means first, last and a deposit of $250.00. The room itself is fairly large with a big closet. Most of you have met my roommates, Kerry and Felix.
