I just want to say that an awesome gift was found in PDX and was purchased specifically for this event. Can't wait!

DISASTER TIME! Lee, you better have the blinky lights on the Pugsley again this year.

WOOT!

Coincidentally, I just sat down and ran the numbers... I will have aged just over 11 months this year. There were a couple vacation weeks in August where I only aged 3 days total.

Though the next couple weekends are certain to prematurely age me such that I break even for 2009. Oh well.

Looks like Derrick got us a tree. Don't worry, he'll return it in his kayak.

Don't even think about skipping out next Saturday

Quote:
Where do you think you're going? Nobody's leaving. Nobody's walking out on this fun, old-fashioned family Christmas. No, no. We're all in this together. This is a full-blown, four-alarm holiday emergency here. We're gonna press on, and we're gonna have the hap, hap, happiest Christmas since Bing Crosby tap-danced with Danny fucking Kaye. And when Santa squeezes his fat white ass down that chimney tonight, he's gonna find the jolliest bunch of assholes this side of the nuthouse.

Stoked! Though there may not be snow this year, the weather forecast is shaping up well: "We'll only see a few scattered showers on Friday, and Saturday should be dry until well after dark. Highs will once again hover near the 50 degree mark."-KOMO4

Best news I've heard all week! Christine and I have our White Elephant gives wrapped, and I don't think anyone will be disappointed what I have on offer.

Now to find some xmas lights for the tandem.

I bought mine online this year. Got some cool wide angle LEDs and cashback with Bing. True story!

This year I'm too poor to buy any white elephant gift so I made something instead - an identical headband to the powerful red one I wear all the time and everybody is reportedly "so jealous" of.

Who wants it?!

also: not really

Hey oh, I think I already mentioned this but gifts can be new or old, big or small, bought or made. Maybe there are some neat old parts you have stashed away but will never use. Or maybe you have some cookies you made maybe you want to make a golden shower gift certificate. Be creative.

I have a nice fifth of Johnnie Walker Black, with a custom .83 label with matching JW rocks glasses. Take that, creativity.
