I was somewhat surprised anyone here expressed any interest, but whatever...
I'm trying to do some Sunday training rides. This Sunday's will start at Gasworks Park at 11am and run about two hours, depending on interest. I'm doing these pretty freeform because I'm lazy about organizing and mostly just want to ride my bike during the day and without making stops places. You shouldn't need a big lock or your bag. Route selection will be based on talking about it when we all see each other, with an effort made not to exclude anyone by going over too many hills or whatever. If you want to come, you're quite welcome and I'd love to see you. If it's not your style, that's okay too. I'm not trying to steal Monie's day.
I do reserve the right to be egotistical. :)

I'm mostly using Facebook to organize this. At the moment, at least, it's a very small ride and I may cancel if nobody looks like coming so I'd appreciate an RSVP if you're interested. ("Maybe" is fine.)
pro tip: if no one else has posted on your thread, saying bump will not result in great justice.

this was fun. Gasworks > Ballard Locks> Magnolia Loop> ME Park > up Jackson > Lk Wa Blvd > ... ? I dropped off here to head home when my cleat fell off.
The idea for this and future rides; if you are slow, new or on a fixie be emotionally prepared to be dropped.

probably not. You sir, fully espouse the mentality of BeastMode and are faster than me.

Also, Lando, I feel as though I look more like my avatar every day. Another thought, can we horsecock, NSFW, assplay, etc the fuck out of this thread? Tittlefitz is currently off the intergrid so someone needs to fill in. Scott? Horsefucking gif please?

How many gear inches do you have? Can I suck your wheel?
My intention with this ride is really just to do a continuous 2-3 hour road ride. I'd actually like to be inclusive about it, but people should have the fitness level and equipment selection to spend the whole time riding.
I'm planning to do it again this weekend. Feel free to come and bring whichever bike you like. I'll be on a medium-weight road bike with a 3x10 drivetrain and 23mm tires.

I'm over Facebook requiring multiple steps to set up an event and not knowing how people have their notifications set... Everyone should have received an invitation from Google Calendar, which is how I plan to do this in future. Lemme know if you have a problem.
Andrew, Do you have a fear of commitment?
Also, do you like gay hobos?

What kind of shoes will you be in? Will an aero helmet help or will a regular helmet be fine if we're emotionally ready?
You might have better luck just saying, "come ride 2-3 hours with me. Meet [here] at [this time]. We ain't stopping except for flats and bumjobs."
