It looks like it'll be around B- shitty out today. So let's ride down MLK today, it is a holliday after all. Meet at Cal Anderson Park ~5pm, leave ~5:30pm and ride south down MLK. Fuck it, take the light rail back if you feel lazy. Who's in, or should we do this later in the day a la menstrual Monday (co-Ed/ minority edition). Sound off.

It's currently 8:15 and notsoshitty out. I'd reassess at 10:00 if any other holiday/non-9to5-workers were up an atem.
Perhaps the Bainbridge ride that didn't happen?

I get off work at 3:30. I could make it to Cal Anderson by 5:30 I'm in.
On another note, for those of you have the day off, I'm going to hike Mt. Si, so I can look over the lands of freedom, where Tolerance, Peace and Communities thrive. I will be leaving sometime around 11:30. Text if you want to come. 303-946-8183.

You guys need some serious jobs, stat!
I rode the light rail along MLK this morning. I can tell you this, it's still mostly crappy with a chance of taco truck.

I might be in as well, planning to go out on my bmx and ride around right now, so might not make it super far south on that little kids bike...
The part where we got off MLK and onto the trail wasn't quite like that, but we hopped some street barriers, so the map won't let me go that way.
Also, if you go far enough south on MLK it turns into a fucking freeway... Yea.

Yes MLK turns into SR-900
Yes Sketchy needs "happy pills" ask Miles

I've used gmap-pedometer. I don't like it as much as using google maps.
with google maps i put in the locations, ask for walking directions, then drag the path to follow the way we went, instead of having to draw the whole thing by hand.
The only thing that's enticing about it is being able to switch from pedestrian to "just draw lines on the map and that's the way i went". And back in the same route. But i can just fudge the milage a bit, on gmaps and call it good.

That's fine if you're only interested in mileage, but if you're trying to share a route it's not too helpful.
