For those of you who have Mondays off and want to squid it up...I am going to start doing weekly rides every Monday. We will meet at 2:00 leave at 2:30 from the clown statues next to the Fremont bridge. We will ride out to Woodinville and back, doing about 40 miles. Flats and one really fucked up hillclimb. If a different departure time works out comment and I will change it if there are enough people interested. Tomorrow we ride!

Sorry man, I have to work. I would way rather have the day off, so that I could not do this because I don't want to, rather than because it is logistically impossible. I'm sure you understand.

I'd love to do this, but all of my lycra is at the dry cleaner's.

So much hostility. Dude is just tryna set up a fast ride. Is it really so important to our identity as beer swilling, nacho guzzling lackards that we beat down on a new guy who just wants to find somebody to ride bikes with him?

JSloan, dont worry, it's not you. Really, we're all just a little too used to being dickheads on the internet to exert normative social influence. There's plenty of room in pointy3 for fatasses and athletes alike.

I'll show up for this. Been sittin on my ass too much and need to get back in fightin shape.

But if you show up in a bunch of spandex I swear I'll knife your tires and ditch you in woodinville.

Jordan may already be aware of the camaradouchebaggerie which runs rampant through this group.

You're just saying that because you want to take more photos for your 'collection'.

I've been looking for a regular longer ride and people to ride with. (gotta start my "spring training")
I'm on the sickly side right now. If this goes down next week, I'm sure I'd be down. Not sure how fast I'll be able to go, but still. I wanna get my ass in gear and get outta the house.

The ride actually happened, key lime showed up. We rode to Woodinville and on the way back I bonked out. No sleep, a shit ton of miles in the last 4 days had taken it's toll. The ride will happen next week with a new destination and hopefully a better turn out.

A steady pace, like 16-20+ depending on the route. I'm thinking just a chill training ride to get the legs moving, putting in base miles and maybe a few sprints. Hitting the bar can wait until the end.

34th and Fremont ave.

Coming north across the bridge, just hang a right after the bridge (quizno's, and blue moon) and the clowns will be in the plaza there.

That's some really good "YES!, but no."

It's been a while since we've seen this level of "YES! but no" in these parts.
