It's time once again to get mildly sacrilicious! For our third year in a row we'll be celebrating the Saturday before Easter with what we do best (no, not that). Let's just hope you didn't give up bikes, beers, or fun for lent.
More info to come as it's available. Check out the dedicated page over at GMG for more stuff.

It's ALMOST TIME! This SATURDAY! Rain or shine!
Registration starts at Cal Anderson at 2:00, race leaves promptly at 3:00! Afterparty at Gasworks featuring beverages, shelter, and (hopefully) warmth.
Plus I'm working on an extra special (and entirely irresponsible) prize from myself / The Kids Are All Wrecked you'll most definitely want to win.
Also, you need to beat Chase. I overheard him at Dave's race saying he'd buy anyone that beats him a pony.

Holy sweet Easter Bunny, that bag is rad. Too bad DFL (my only chance) won't win that.

Hey guys! It's chase here. You probably know me as the guy who is shooting for "first post-op tranny" in tomorrow's race. Anyway, just got off the phone with my pony provider and it looks like I've got a handful of new born horses I can buy for anyone who beats me. Just remember you can't use the pony for sexy timez. Also, horse cock. Ready... Go!

I managed to stay awake.
Spent 80% of the race chasing Chase.
Eiffel tower'd a giant rabbit with Chris from the Monk.
Got a flat coming down Dexter.
Had a tube and levers, but no pump.
Changed the tire and started walking toward Counterbalance.
Flagged down people on bikes to see if they had a pump.
No.
Schrader only.
At the Mercer underpass, some lady was finally able to help.
Rode 80 psi to Counterbalance.
Called Lemke a dickweed and increased psi to 120.
Finished the race nearly DFL, but with a complete manifest.
Yelled "Spring Break!" during prizes.
Had a great time.
Final thoughts: my manifest was intact and complete. Chase's disintegrated. While this isn't worth a regular pony, I think a Shetland might be in order.
Oh and my favorite part was when Jon help me back over the cemetery fence and we realized I forgot my bag on the other side and we had to do it all over gain.

It's DONE. Thanks a ton to everyone that came out and made this our biggest Resurrection yet! Good times, bad weather and even worse route choices! We're glad you shared them with us. And I'm glad I didn't have to face you all after getting redirected to Lighthouse. I should probably also do my best to avoid facing anyone that had more than a pull of Royal Gentleman from the wrecked kids DFL flask. I have to imagine the next morning was memorable (where as the end of the night before might not have been).
