you'd probably charge me 20 dollars for the privilege of clinging to your ski rack all the way home. :)

for the "clinging upgrade", add $6.99

Clinging is free, if you want me to close the (luxuriously padded) racks around you to hold you in that will be $39.99.

And another thing!

I have no tent this year. Any of you lovely people have extra domicile volume to share? I can haul my fair share of the gear.

Yes. OR Bivy (adequate, not if you're claustrophobic, will keep you dry) and I will likely have a slightly bigger, roomier, but still quite nice tent, too.

If you're in need of housing for this there's a good deal on a 1-man tent on steepandcheap.com right now. You've got 17 minutes.

those are some awfully nice tents and bikes you guys are bringing, sure would be a shame if anything were to happen to them. for a small fee i'm happy to provide some insurance against certain types of damage... like fire.

So anyone planning to leave Friday? It seems awful far to ride and stay just 1 night. I'm going to take Fri. off of work and leave somewhat early. Ohh, that means thursday night is open... uh oh I smell trouble... I am also planning on riding back to town (sun). Who else has these plans?

I'll leave Friday with you. It does seem a bit more fun to spend 2 nights camping if I'm riding that far.

I was looking to head out earlier but if you can't, I could make this work.

Me too, because more interesting plans came up for 5/8. I'd probably be more interested in a mountain biking + camping trip out there though. I'm not that particular on which weekend.

I'm a typical point83 failure when it comes to making plans.

Of course if it isn't 5/8 it wouldn't be ben country, so maybe someone should start a new thread?

If you guys are heading to Whiskeytown you should consider riding up Old 97.

Dear Ben, i'm giving Rob my stuff to carry since he has gears this year. Fortunately in lieu of his new gear-hood he has made this offer to everyone! Yay Rob!

Thanks Rob! You're #1!

Thanks dad! I liked your spoiler photos, maybe post a few super relevant ones like the "if you see this sign you've gone too far" as well?

So, this doesn't say anything about all of the liquor, beer, and porn magazines (good fire starter!) that were brought out there as well... I think that adds about 185+ lbs to your kit, so plan ahead...
