THIS IS PANDERING TO CYCLISTS WHO DON'T EVEN PAY TAXES AND WE NEED TO SPEND MORE MONEY BUILDING FREEWAYS SO THAT I CAN GET FROM MY HOUSE IN THE SUBURBS TO MY JOB IN THE OTHER SUBURBS AND DON'T YOU KNOW THAT CARS ARE HOW MOST PEOPLE GET AROUND ANYWAYS AND WE SHOULD SPEND MOST OF OUR MONEY ON THAT AND NOT ON THESE SPANDEXED WEEKEND WARRIORS BECAUSE NO ONE COMMUTES BY BIKE BUT INSTEAD ARE LANCE ARMSTRONG WANNABES!!@!!!1111 ZOMG
