Super off topic.

One of you rich IT/Dev people, buy my place, or if you know anyone looking for a condo.

Basment workroom has rack for like 12 bikes and a bike repair stand everyone can use.

You're place is rad monica. Unfortunately i seem to require about double that amount of space.

Agreed; rad place but I'm already covered on the place which "will get you laid" angle.

You bought a third?

Monica -- where are you moving too?

I don't think moving is an option for me. It took a crane to get my lathe into the basement.

Cute that Windermere is using WalkScore now in urban neighborhoods.

Basement full of tools which will get you laid - tool shop envy.

Had your place been available when I was still looking for property to purchase, I may have taken you up on it! That is a pretty rad loft. Possibly too rad for me.

But you delayed your action (snoozed) until after my purchase, and so now I have no money to give you in exchange for a loft (lose).

It sure was nice being your neighbor for roughly 20 minutes, though.

Thanks Henry. I understand squishy face cats need a lot of room.

Also thanks and true your place is pretty damn cool.

Eastlake for a bit. I wanted to be closer to Scott, Derrick, and Caroline.

See the caviot to that is you have to get them to the loft in the first place. So it could be years.

Thanks Jon. Damn my timing. Leaving you alone in QA is a sadness that cannot be expressed through a message board. It is a bummer.

that is one sweet loft. how about we go on an owner contract and i drop ten percent down with a very unfair long term low interest rate?

some would argue that rates in the marketplace are unfairly low right now.

that's why they're going up.

At least you aren't following the recent trend of moving across the country.
