I don't think moving is an option for me. It took a crane to get my lathe into the basement.

Had your place been available when I was still looking for property to purchase, I may have taken you up on it! That is a pretty rad loft. Possibly too rad for me.
But you delayed your action (snoozed) until after my purchase, and so now I have no money to give you in exchange for a loft (lose).
