I was just looking for that! I had figured I'd just left it in a different bag or some shit, but I can't find it now that I've looked.
Must have come out in the retrieval of wrenches or malt liquors or Kraut lighting.
It's desaturated sage green, size small, and has the stitched same-color armband on the left and a ghey story/poem on a patch stitched on the inside of the back near the bottom.
I bought it at a yard sale on Apr. 3rd — other .83-ers were present (and bought other ch-chi shit like Chris King wheels), but I don't really remember who.

For the record, the shirt features mentioned were factory features, rather than aftermarket additions. The 'poem' could possibly be referred to as a prose poem, I guess. I think it's more like marketing text to make you feel like there's a reason the shirt is so expensive.
