I ate lunch at Shultzy's yesterday and got to sit and talk with the owner Don Shultze for a long time about how I freaking love the place, the beer, the grub, and have been going there regularly over the past 9-10 years... and why the hell I have NEVER MET HIM BEFORE... I guess he only comes in when the big wigs are around like Howard Shultz or they are kicking off an event like Seattle Beer Week, bummer.
