Let's watch the most exciting stage, the mountain stage, of the Tour of California at Charlie's on Broadway. They have a pretty great happy hour mid-day, and our friend Jessie is the barkeep. I'm also open to any sugestions for other bars on the hill, so long as they have a TV.
