That time of year approaches again when we join in fellowship with our brethren from Pamplona, Spain. Find your whites, tie on your reds, load your botas and prepare yourselves for more wine stains, inner thigh bruises, and hoarse throats than last year.

Bulls: It would be great if we could have a few more Bulls this year to bring up the rear and chase the riders. Maybe 5 or 6 total. My bull balls and horns are available for use.

For the riders/runners: we had a great turnout last year for short notice but lets blot out those few remaining stray colors and get everyone in whites with red kerchiefs and sashes.

His Highness the Matador: We would be honored if you returned

last year's running of the bulls was my first Point83 ride, so this will effectively be my 1 year anniversary. i remember seeing scott gamble in a dress, speaking spanish with rogelio, and eventually being convinced by derrick to take a pull from his handle of cheap whiskey, because when else in my life would i be able to accept booze from a ronald mcdonald?
i still have the red sash that Monica gave me to help me blend in a bit after I showed up in jeans and a tank top. i also still have a scar of my chain ring on my right ankle from crashing en route to goldies. times...

(yay!)

Oh my god. Yes. Yes yes yes. I still have my entire outfit - unwashed and covered in red wine splatters.

Also, this happens the day after my birthday! Which I find perfect because last year's may have been the most fun single ride I'd ever been on.

Monica, can you make more sangria like last time? That was you, right? I'll totally help, too. I'd like to start making more of the stuff.

I shall break my hiatus for this ride.

I'm also going to hump 2 or 3 legs. Starting with Scott.

I hauled it from a wedding rehearsal in Snohomish to come find you guys at Cowgirls last year. I don't think I had ever been greeted with so much happiness when I found you all near the bull!

Good thing my closet was in my car trunk then; I found an all white outfit and was ready to roll. In my car. To Goldies.

I'm excited to get to ride my bike this time!

Was that at Goldie's? I remember riding there but I can't remember if I went inside? Paging .83 group-memory-redundancy-overcoming-drunken-blackouts.

Edit: OK the Herd should be big enough

Hey folks we need a few more people to step up and be bulls. The list so far is below. It takes a little more time but you can still keep it simple and get the point across, Brown+horns. The nice thing about a helmet is it is easy to attach horns. I made mine last year by making a cone out of metal wire mesh/screen, wrapping the cone in duct tape to cover the sharp pieces, and then wrapping in masking tape for ~natural color. Once wrapped I put a gentle bend into the cones to make them look like curved horns.

Bulls:
Joe Bull
Ben the Angry Bull
Scott Gam-bull
PJ Diddy
Denny Trim-bull
Jimmy the Bull

But that wouldn't be ladylike!

I've got some size 3 bright red capris that leave enough room for my berries, but I have a rather better costume coming together (though not as white as I'd hoped)

This may very well be my last ride as well. I missed it or skipped it or something last year, so I'll see if I can find something white.

I've been using my clothes from last year as rags. They weren't white by the time I got home, now they are much less white.

Goodwill is your friend for this one.
