Hi my name is Chase. I have a girlfriend that is looking for a job. This is what she has to say:

"So I am moving on from my energy manager position and am looking for a new place to call work. I am a Mechanical Engineer with a Masters that is heavy on Renewable Energy. I also have spent the past 2 years as an Energy Efficiency Engineer.

The wonderful world of pointy3 has brought so many good things to my life so I am hoping that someone in this crazy small world might know of an open position.

I'd like to stay in Seattle, so anything near by would be excellent. But I'm open to any other "real" city in the US or elsewhere."

Thanks guys and girls. I'm also clear for the double slip n slide this Thursday. Woot!

Energy efficiency, you say?

I know this smart grid company in Seattle.

Any Program/Project management experience? Send me a resume.

A friend of mine who is an ME specializing in radiant and solar heating gave me this:

He doesn't know of any job openings right now (other than that) but said he could provide a list of places she might call.

None of these are that glamourous, but on the plus side:

Physical requirements include: bend, sit, stand, kneel, crawl, turn/twist, and reach.

If she gives up on that 'environment' thing, she can help us get the hell outta here.
