Hey!
I just moved to Seattle a little over a month ago & I ran into some of you walking across the Ballard locks last thursday. I guess I really just want to know a little bit about the group. I used to race (cycling) in college... but it's been a while & I'm getting back into biking shape. How strenuous are the rides, how long are they...etc? Or just any other general advice. Thanks!

come on out, usually we'll get you enough miles to have fun but if you're a former racer it won't be anything like a workout. Bring lights, helmet and make sure to eat something before hand so as to not get too drunk to ride home.
