hot & spicy Wot for dinner? I walked by this place today http://www.habeshaseattle.com/ killing a little time on my lunch break, looked classy, often dead as hell and warm.

Did you see those big silver buildings on 3 sides. My office is in one of them.
Habesha's is ok, but not great. I would prefer to get a bit farther from my office, not for the sake of being discreet but for the fact that I want to get the fuck away from my office. Peer pressure could probably topple me on this though...

He piled upon the whale's white hump the sum of all the general rage and hate felt by his whole race from Adam down; and then, as if his chest had been a mortar, he burst his hot heart's shell upon it.

I just checked the club's website and it says: heavy rain cancels ride.
Bummer.
I'll be near the Buck if you make it up there.

I have a whole chicken I'm gonna roast and make into a huge pot pie. I also have an 8 pack of ice-cream drumsticks, 2 bottles of cheap wine, and a 6 pack of hi-life (tribute to Justin). If anyone wants to come watch streaming netflix movies with me let me know.

I miss you too. Are you roasting the chicken with Sway? Please tell me you are.
Thanks for showing up and keeping me company. Too bad you all succumbed to Ben's impatience and left. The rain let up and the crowd thinned as soon as you split.
Then Meg-Ha! showed up, followed by Scott Gamble and various other characters.
Good times, great oldies.

meg-ha! showed up? I wish I had been there to see it. I was the only lady on this ride! where were you, ladythrees? I went to a women's college, I feel nervous around so much unmitigated testosterone.
just kidding - more like unmitigated gentlemanliness! thanks so much for helping me out with my flat, everyone.
also, I am disproportionately excited about seeing a real live owl on a telephone pole. did anyone get a good photo?

Define "good". The picture I have with the flash you can basically see 2 different colored eyes staring at the camera. Totally creepin.

things I learned last night:
-fenders and mudflaps rendered useless when the bike lane hugs the downhill curb (greenlake) and there is a river of rain run off.
