IIRC, his name was Steve. I have no idea where he came from but I believe he even followed us to the Fremont Fire Pit.
At one point I pulled him to the side, bought him a beer, and gave him a drunker-than-I-really-was tirade about how all the girls in this club are fucking bitches and he shouldn't bother. That seemed to work for a little while!

I think you were the only person who noticed the pattern while it was happening and took action. A+.
Seriously, we're done with this bullshit. FIX IT WITH FIRE.

If I remember correctly, Kristen may have called him on it at the FFP too. Not totally sure if that happened though.

He was at dance party #1. Dude was too busy smoking my cigarettes to be hittin' on my wimmens at that point in time.

He was there last night too. I laid it out for him about as plainly as possible when by Bush Gardens he still wasn't getting it. He grabbed his bag and helmet and left, and then 20 minutes later was back and acting like nothing happened.
It takes a village. Apparently.

FWIW, he seemed pretty subdued at the zoo. i cannot attest to anything later than that, just to say that he wasn't as creepy this week.
Derrick - this dude was kind of up in all of us wimmenses business at the Joby-tacular dance party. Like, in kind of a creepin', disrespectful, and unwanted way that made a lot of us really uncomfortable. We had a few guys looking out for us, intervening by cutting in to dance or pulling him aside and away from us, but dude just didn't seem to get it and kept coming back.

Last Thursday strikes me as a "forgive but don't forget" offense. I'm willing to believe he made some rookie mistakes regarding consumption of Joby's drinks (having done that myself).
So maybe we keep an eye out but don't condemn him forever over it. You know, unless he does it again.

FYI, the reason he gave me for his wreck on the S curves down to Denny-Blaine was that he had become distracted while trying to answer a phone call from "my girl."

Me too — why that very night I somehow confused a dance-off for a cock-fight. With my pants off. All upons you.

Obviously I wasn't there, but I've witnessed similar patterns of action (not on point83 rides but in other situations) and my guess is dude has a problem with drinking and doing meth. It's really not a good combination - behaving badly, forgetting, repeating. Hope he gets better or goes away.

whoa ... OK, look. before we let the rumor-mill and hype-mill get too outta control...
yes, you weren't there, surlykat. and with all due respect (cuz you've, like, been the Voice of Reason sometimes on certain threads and times when most others were being annoying :) .... careful with the meth assumptions.
and miles, just shut the fuck up and die in a fire. #channellingscott

he didn't try to hump mine or my girl's leg, but he played pool like a normal person and split a pitcher at the Zoo like an alright fellow. Lets call it new guy assimilation period.

Just a heads up, i was trying to point out how completely absurd this remote-via-forum-post chemical abuse diagnosis was.
I'll go die in a fire now, but i will never, never shut up.
