There is a quote in there that states, ""The Liquor Control Board has a duty to protect the safety of the people of Washington state. It has fulfilled that duty by banning these drinks."
Fulfilled? Excuse me, but this is like banning all Derricks in the state from purchasing Wild Turkey and getting drunk... ridiculous and impossible.

I dunno, I'd vote to ban it. Say what you will; it's excessive. Don't they boast that it's equal to 4 shots of espresso?
Sure, you can get just as drunk of Wild Turkey, or cheap beer, but that stuff doesn't taste like shitty candy. And with Wild Turkey you still have to go drunkenly buy your espresso on the side separately.
