Who: You!...and 50 of your worst influences.
What: Bikes, Races, Trophies, Drinks, Food, Songs, Gifts,
Where:Beacon Pub
When: Saturday Dec 11th, Meet up at dark 4-4:30, nothing after that will have a set time, if you are arriving late call some people you know but head towards Goldie's if it is 2-3 hours past the posted start time.
Supply Checklist:
-Yourself
-Bike + Lights (multiple events, some pavement, some dirt, dark, and some pulling)
-Wrapped gift (BIKE RELATED!*) for White Elephant Gift Exchange
-TACKY SWEATER, a change of clothes is always a good idea and we support the tacky holiday sweater again this year once we reach the final resting place.
-Booze, as always be prepared to drink when we are outside, but finish it or put it away in the bar.
*Typically people put in something from their parts bin or clothes that they don't have an immediate use for but are too good to throw away. If you have a gag gift at least double it it up with something half decent. Wrapping up a half used box of tampons for your gift and going home with a XT Der/ DA wheel/or wool gear constitutes an asshole move on your part and the bike you rode up on may donate some or all of it's components to make up for your debt.

Matthew sent me home from Virginia (Before he was deployed) with a suitcase of good bike parts. He said I should just give them away, but I think I'll instead enter Matthew in to the gift exchange in absentia. Hopefully he'll win something we can ship to him.

From Cliff mass TLDR: All aboard the Pineapple Express. If you want to do something outside over the weekend...do it before 3 PM on Saturday.
Disaster is assured: whiskey, rivers, rivers of whiskey. I'll be at goldies at 9.

Last year was a bit rainy too, snowed a couple years back, whatever, it's always still a blast, let's get soaked!
From KOMO4 weather report:
"There is a FLOOD WATCH up for almost all of western Washington from late Saturday through Monday [Perfect, right?!]. Several inches of rain could fall in that brief time frame… Even creeks and streams will likely spill their banks so take precautions if you have a creek running near your home, even if it hasn't flooding in several years. This is a very wet system [Hehe]."

at least it will be warm!
In other news, I'm mounting my cross tires. I hope it will just be wet, not goopy mud, because my tires don't clear mud so well. Also: No fenders in torrential downpour = hilarious!

along with trophies for all the events, we'll be giving away trohpies for yearly accomplishments and disasters right before we do the white elephant gift exchange. have you been involved and made a difference in your local bike club? have you added some spice? you could be a winner.

I just saw the largest set of black titties ever, courtesy of some insane and obese ranting lady on the #36 to beacon hill. She screamed at some dude, cursed him up and down for no reason and then whipped 'em out.
TITTIES!
